A new issue of Studia Iuridica has just been published. You will find there the article of Dr Jakub Pawliczak on the proper understanding of the principle of equality of husband and wife. Jakub argues that Polish law provides a normative basis for recognising the mutual right and obligation of spouses to treat each other equally in a relationship. This aspect of the equality of spouses deserves special attention and should be developed in both legal doctrine and jurisprudence.
