General rules of personal data processing / GDPR

I. In the Law Office of Jakub Pawliczak (dalej: the Law Office) the Information Security Policy applies.

The Law Office does not conduct automated decision-making or automatic profiling of personal data.

II. The administrator of personal data of persons, who contacted the Law Office or concluded contract with the Law Office, is attorney at law Jakub Pawliczak, PhD, who conducts economic activity under the business name „Kancelaria Radcy Prawnego dr Jakub Pawliczak” (NIP number: 8291632564).

III. Every person whose personal data is processed by the Law Office has the following rights:

a) right to object to the processing of personal data due to a specific situation,
b) right to access personal data,
c) right to request rectification of personal data,
d) right to request erasure of personal data,
e) right to request restriction of the processing of personal data,
f) right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority competent for personal data protection - the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

IV. The principles and purpose of processing personal data of persons who have concluded a written agreement for the provision of legal services with the Law Office are specified in that agreement.

V. The Law Office processes personal data of persons who contact the Law Office, including by phone or e-mail, or with whom the Law Ofifice contacts, including by phone or e-mail, and have not concluded a written contract for the provision of legal services with the Law Office, which would define the rules for the processing of personal data.

The Law Office processes personal data in this situation in order to answer questions or establish cooperation with that person or entity it represents. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest of the Law Office in providing an answer to a question, explaining the rules for the provision of legal services or establishing and maintaining relations as part of the Law Office’s business activities.

In the above-mentioned situations, the Law Office processes personal data during the period of maintaining relations with the person contacting the Law Office, and after the termination of that relations for a period not longer than one year. The Law Office may provide personal data to entities with whom it has concluded a data processing agreement, including telecommunications service providers and an accounting office.

VI. Please do not send the Law Office any work or cooperation offers or any related to them personal data, if the Law Office has not posted an appropriate announcement. Data sent without such announcement will be permanently deleted after informing about this the sender of a message or a letter.
